Very spacious, clean room with nice little touches like fresh flowers and air scents in room. Very quiet and non-smoking. Free parking is a bonus.
Front desk has very limited hours. Location isn't exactly "central" for tourists. The woman who checked us out spoke no English but it wasn't a big deal.

Tiny Haribo packets on the bedsite, tv
It was very cold in the bathroom. Staff is poor - there was nobody there when we arrived even though earlier we have called to announce our arrival. Because the hotel was completely empty we've lost at least half an hour and thus were late to a meeting. During check in the lady at the reception made us sign a paper. In poor English she claimed that it was only concerning the non-smoking rule but later as we read the paper it appeared that it was also stating that the hotel is allowed to give the guests fines (penalty!) in other cases as well. Without any warning the owner collects 100 euro fine for using the door leading to the parking lot - after it's too late he says it's a fire-escape !?! Not sure if that's legal. On the invoice it's called übernachtung which means simply accommodation for the night. I find it very dishonest. Parking is 5 euro but during check-out the lady at the reception refused to write an invoice. It took me a while to convince her to do so. How strange is that?

Really helpful and extremely helpful staff, clean rooms.
The hotel of choice in Regensburg. The venue was well serviced. Extremely pleasant and new-fashioned rooms with a modern design and good bathroom, as example, fine stay! A modern decor. The most important - ideal location close to Center. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

Room was clean, few amenities but fair for the price I got the room for. Staff accomodated our request to get a room 7am (given to us at 8am) because we came thru an early train trip from Hamburg. Overall, it was a good stay!
Well, the location is not so far -but also not so near the Hauptbahnhof. It was very accessible by taxi though so no hassles on this issue. Maybe, the write-up in the ad as it shows in your website should indicate that the walking route to the hotel from the train station can be a bit tricky -especially when it is still/already dark. Advice to take a cab -around 5 euros will be a good inclusion

Our family room was so cozy and clean, with fluffy blankets that kept us warm and snuggly. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of mouthwatering options. We loved that the Danube and historic part of town were just a short 15-minute walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, checking in with us about our arrival time and giving us an amazing dinner recommendation. They even knew about a special Christmas Market nearby! The price-performance ratio was unbeatable. Thank you for the mind-blowing experience!
